My passion and mission in life is to be of service in the realm of personal GROWTH. I have never stopped seeking to GROW myself and knew at an early age I wanted to be a therapist and coach. This has created a deep sense of authenticity, drive and compassion.

I am dedicated to providing services that promote Growth in others as a:

• psychotherapist for 27 years,
• Imago therapist (relationship and communication expert),
• and Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention Life Coach.

I provide coaching services, outpatient psychotherapy, couples intensive sessions, and Imago weekend workshops. I also have a weekly podcast, Grow Your Guru: Grow Yourself, Grow Your Relationships offering tips, tools, and strategies to create the life you truly deserve.
